• From the National Institutes of Health, a Cerebral Palsy Information page. This site links information about cerebral palsy with the latest medical updates and clinical trials happening all around the nation.
• Also from the National Institutes of Health, a page about muscle spasticity associated with cerebral palsy. Understanding what spasticity is and how it can be treated is essential to working with children who are affected by cerebral palsy.

A site listing the major cerebral palsy organizations nationwide, including United Cerebral Palsy, the Cerebral Palsy International Research Foundation, and Pedal with Pete, a nonprofit fundraising group for cerebral palsy research.

• From the Centers for Disease Control, an updated list of resources for families affected by cerebral palsy. We strongly encourage communities to come together to educate and advocate for causes related to cerebral palsy - together we can get through anything, and it's always great to have a support structure when affected by cerebral palsy.
• From Medline, a government-run educational resource, an interactive tutorial all about cerebral palsy. (This is actually pretty neat, and a great introduction to CP for other family members.)
• A Cerebral Palsy Information Directory of sites and resources associated with CP. This directory expands well beyond the typical signs, symptoms, and treatment, and actually provides topics such as sports and recreation, day-to-day life skills, and both child and adult resources.
• A great blog from a mom and child with CP. No better place to look for information than from those who live the life, day in and day out.
• Another stellar blog from a family affected by CP. Again, so much to learn from bloggers at the front lines.
